Although she is up in the weights and backing up, O'Shea believes it is a winnable race and says he enjoys backing up winning mares within 7 days. "She has struck form, and i havent had to do a thing with her leading up to Wednesday, so that is ideal for this mare, who tends to find bad luck a bit".

"The way the programming falls, there really is nothing around for this mare as we believe she is best suited to her own sex and unfortunately at the level she is at, there are slim pickings on the program going forward. We have found a race in September for her, but that is a long way off and we felt she could handle a back up race while we are waiting for her next assignment. It would be lovely to see her roll around an pick up another victory for her owners this week. They are a great bunch of people and enjoy a win with the best of them, so im looking forward to seeing Millie put her best foot forward on a surface that will suit her, even given the weight haul". O'Shea commented this morning.
